What makes Nectar Manicures unique?
Each set of nails is handmade with care, attention to detail, and high-quality materials. We offer custom designs to suit your style, occasion, and nail shape preference.

How do I know what size to order?
We highly recommend ordering a sizing kit first if this is your first time purchasing custom press-ons or if you want to try a new shape/length.

How long will it take to get my order?
Production time varies based on the style and volume of orders as each set is made-to-order. Most sets ship within 5–10 business days.

Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship to 48 states. We hope to expand in the future!

Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking info to update.

What is your return policy?
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer returns. Custom sets and digital items are non-refundable.

What is your exchange policy?
We accept exchanges if the wrong nail sets are delivered or the nail details are incorrect due to a mistake on our end.

What if my package is lost, stolen, or delivered to the wrong address?
Once an order has been handed to the courier, we are not responsible for loss, theft, or delivery errors due to incorrect address entry.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards and other secure online payment options at checkout. All transactions are encrypted and processed through trusted third-party providers.

Do you take custom requests?
Yes! We love custom orders. You can request a specific design, color palette, theme, or nail shape. Please reach out via the Custom Order form with inspiration photos and notes.

How do I apply and remove press-on nails?
Each order comes with an application kit and detailed instructions. Proper prep and removal help prolong wear and prevent nail damage. You can also check our socials for video tutorials.

I see a set that I like, but I want to change the size or shape. Can I do that?
Yes, size and shape are customizable for each available set. Just leave your request in the notes section of your order.
